When we set out to rebuild Phi Chi Theta at UW-Madison, we wanted to create more than another professional organization. We wanted to build a community where students could grow professionally, take on meaningful leadership, and form friendships that extend beyond the classroom.

Building this chapter from the ground up has challenged us in ways we did not expect, with countless hours spent turning an idea into an organization. At the same time, it has given us the opportunity to create something that can have an impact beyond our own college experience. Seeing people join, take on responsibility, bring in their own ideas, and make the chapter better has made all of those hours worth it.

As a growing chapter, every member has the opportunity to shape what PCT becomes. We hope PCT is a place where members feel challenged to grow, supported by the people around them, and proud of the impact they leave behind. We want every new member to see PCT not only as something to join, but as something they have the opportunity to help shape.

We're excited to continue building this chapter together and welcome the next group of students!
